You must have installed AV software and firewall software prior to installing this software. Internet connection is not required to run program, but is required to download.

The next version is the AV Eagle Text Only Version. This version is intended to run in a 'DOS' type mode. This version has been tested ON ALL windows version. It's best functionality is to use with systems under troubleshooting mode. DOWNLOAD TEXT ONLY VERSION OF AV EAGLE.

This software has been ran on some Win 3.1, 3.11 systems, but is not supported on that platform. This has not been tested under WINE either.
